The Speaker waived the Resources Committee referral for the                    
following at the request of Representative Williams, Co-chair:                 
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 180(FIN)                                               
An Act authorizing the commissioner of natural resources to                   
negotiate and enter into timber sale contracts that provide for local          
manufacture of high value-added wood products; and establishing                
an Alaska Forest Products Research and Marketing Program within                
the Department of Commerce and Economic Development.                           
                                                                               
CSSB 180(FIN) was removed from the Resources Committee and                     
referred to the Finance Committee.
